What the service is

Warmstart is a planning and coaching tool for organic Reddit marketing. It suggests what to do, drafts with you, checks your work and tracks your activity. It never posts, votes, comments or messages on Reddit on your behalf — you do, from your own account, under your own judgment.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for what you publish on Reddit and for complying with Reddit's User Agreement, content policy and each subreddit's rules. The product is built to help you stay inside those rules, but following its guidance is your call and your responsibility.

Don't use the service for spam, vote manipulation, undisclosed advertising, ban evasion, or marketing anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.

Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Plans, AI limits & billing

Free and paid plans have the limits shown on the pricing page, including a capped number of AI actions. Caps are hard: nothing extra is charged and nothing extra runs.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. The one-off Launch Pass runs for 90 days and doesn't renew. Founding prices stay yours for as long as the subscription stays active.

No guarantees

We're honest on the marketing pages and honest here: organic marketing has real failure rates, and we don't guarantee reach, customers, revenue, or that any subreddit will accept your posts. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Your content

Everything you put into the product stays yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and process it to run the service — nothing more.

You can delete projects or your whole account at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes get announced in the product before they apply. Continued use after that means acceptance.
